The purpose of this document is to provide the complete and clear rules governing the Beauty Hunt promotional competition (hereinafter the "Competition"), organized within the territory of the Czech Republic.
These Terms and Conditions may only be amended by written addenda to this document, provided that participants are duly informed of such amendments.

(hereinafter the "Organizer")
I. Competition Period and Venue
- The Competition is organized within the territory of the Czech Republic (the "Venue") and will take place in the Notino Zone at the Sziget Festival (the "Notino Zone")
- The Competition will be held from 11 August 2026 to 15 August 2026 (the "Competition Period").
II. Eligible Participants
- The Competition is open only to:
a. natural persons over 18 years of age with a delivery address within the European Union, who
b. are not acting as entrepreneurs or within the scope of their business activities. - Employees of the Organizer and persons in a similar contractual relationship with the Organizer are excluded from participating in the Competition.
- Individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements or who act contrary to these Terms and Conditions shall not be admitted to the Competition.
III. Conditions of Participation
- A participant may enter the Competition by visiting the Notino Zone, where they shall:
a. complete the entry form on the Organizer's device (tablet), including, in particular, their email address;
b. confirm their consent to the processing of personal data to the extent necessary for the organization of the Competition and, where applicable, provide optional consent for the Organizer's marketing communications;
c. acknowledge that participation in the Competition may entitle them to receive a bonus within the Notino Club loyalty programme, subject to the conditions determined by the Organize - The participant will then receive a physical game card (the "Game Card") from the Organizer.
- The participant is required to complete the tasks specified on the Game Card within the Notino Zone, in particular within the Notino Atelier concepts.
- A participant who successfully completes all required tasks and submits the completed Game Card to the Organizer's representative will qualify for the prize draw.
- The prize draw takes place directly within the Notino Zone. Upon submitting the Game Card, the participant will select a Prize using the method determined by the Organizer.
IV. Prizes and Determination of Winners
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a Prize means any prize awarded by the Organizer within the Competition, including both instant prizes and the main prize, unless expressly stated otherwise. Participants have no legal entitlement to any specific Prize.
- Prizes include, in particular:
- an Instax photograph (subject to the conditions determined by the Organizer and the operator);
- an Yves Saint Laurent product (e.g. a cosmetic pouch, mini mascara, or shower gel);
- Matrix product (e.g. hair oil, hair mask, or shampoo);
- Garnier Discovery Box.
- The specific instant prize is determined by random selection. Individual prizes may differ in nature and value.
V. Prize Collection and Winner's Obligations
- Prizes are awarded immediately after the prize draw referred to in Article III, Section 4 of these Terms and Conditions.
- Winners are required to provide the Organizer with all reasonable cooperation necessary for the delivery of the Prize.
- If a winner fails to provide the required cooperation or does not collect the Prize, the Prize shall be forfeited without compensation in favour of the Organizer.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial compensation.
VI. Processing of Personal Data
- By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that their personal data provided for the purposes of the Competition may be processed for the administration, organization, evaluation, and awarding of prizes, as well as for the possible public announcement of winners, particularly via the Organizer's social media channels. The processed data may include contact details and any additional information provided for the purposes of the Competition.
- Participants acknowledge that providing personal data is voluntary and that they have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate personal data, object to processing, and exercise other rights available under applicable data protection legislation. In case of any concerns regarding the processing of personal data, participants may contact the Organizer's Data Protection Officer at [email protected] or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

VII. Final Provisions
- The Organizer reserves the right to replace any advertised Prize with another prize of similar type and equivalent value and to amend the conditions for awarding prizes if, for objective reasons, the original Prize cannot be provided in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent conduct by a winner or by any person who assisted the winner in obtaining a Prize, the Prize will not be awarded.
- By participating in the Competition, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all matters relating to the Competition, including the right to terminate the Competition prematurely or amend these Terms and Conditions during the Competition Period. Any complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted to [email protected].
- These Terms and Conditions are available on the Competition website.
- The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, without giving reasons, any participant whose conduct indicates unfair or fraudulent behaviour or who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Participants acknowledge that any Prize may be subject to taxation under the applicable laws of the relevant country. The Organizer shall comply with all legal obligations relating to the withholding or payment of any applicable taxes where required by law. In all other cases, the winner shall be solely responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the Prize.
- Any unclaimed or unawarded Prizes shall be forfeited to the Organizer without compensation.
